Please also remember that I extended the deadline for the first blog post until the 21st. To submit your blog, please bing a hard copy to class on the 21st. 

Final reminder, you are also expected to watch Forage (a four part series about food, cooking and foraging) before class on the 14th of February and submit a short paragraph of what you learned from the videos. Please bring a hard copy of the paragraph to class on the 14th if you want participation points.
