Lesson for November 20th

Hello everyone, Friday’s class was interactive – we created a Google Database of plants, trees herbs, and shrubs.

I didn’t record the class because students were the ones presenting the information about the plants they researched.

You have access to the database and can use it whenever you want.

If you did not attend the Zoom meeting and want to get participation points, please create a Google Docs page in the Google Drive Database for 4 of the following plants, trees, herbs, and/or shrubs:

Lingonberry
Watercress
Tarragon
Arugula
Sage
Aroma (Chokeberries)
Cranberries
Plum
Apple
Pear
Peach
Apricot
Water Melon
Honey Dew
Ground Cherries
Peas
Turnip
Parsnip
Cucumbers
Zucchini
Leeks
Potatoes

Please complete the activity  before Monday, November 30th. Also, please make sure to email me with the link to your four plants, trees, shrubs, and/or herbs.

Here’s what we did at the meeting:

1 – Brief check-in (how is you plant growing)?

2 – We will continue our discussion about growing plants and participate in this activity.

Here is a link to the Google Drive to access and store your work.

3 – Group work. I will give you the rest of the class time to meet with your group and work on your projects.
