Welcome to Methods for Studying Sustainable Foodscapes! In our first class, we will get to know one another, review how the course is organized, and introduce the individual assignments and collective research project. We will also discuss what a sustainable foodscape is and begin considering how research can help us understand and contribute to food-system change.
