February 24 – Group Project Work

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a great week. We will meet in the classroom (FG B030) at 2:45 PM. The goal of tomorrow is to complete your proposals and solidify your community service-learning project. We will also present our projects, goals, and strategies to the class. I know some of you are still trying to contact an organization to work with. If you need more time to submit your proposals, we can discuss this option tomorrow.

Here is what we will do in class:

1 – Introduction and check-ins

2 – Discussion about food experiment (fermentation – did you try?)

3 – Work with your group

4 – Presentation of project to classmates
