Hello everyone, welcome to the course Food and Sustainability. We will meet via Zoom for the first two classes, then we’ll await further instructions. Concordia plans for everyone to go back in-person by January 20th, I guess we’ll see what happens. Nonetheless, I have developed an exciting and informative course to introduce you to theoretical and practical approaches to Food and Sustainability.
